Buyer-
Is willing to buy.
Trusts that agent will work in buyer's best interest.
Cooperates with agent's
efforts to locate and purchase a home.
Returns agent's calls and arrives on time for appointments.
Communicates openly with
agent.
Gives honest feedback on houses agent shows, lets agent know about
circumstances that would affect buyer's ability or inclination to purchase a
home.
Has realistic
expectations of agent.
Understands that agent cannot produce the "perfect house" at a
bargain price. Understands that agent has no control over market
forces, seller's whims, or other agent's actions.
Agrees that agent is
their primary representative.
Buyer agrees to advise other agents, such as Open House or New Home agents,
that buyer is represented by primary agent. Buyer agrees to utilize
primary agent to gain access to homes that are For Sale By Owner.

Gives clients immediate computer access to any listed home.

Writes offers for clients on any home in California, negotiating the best possible price and conditions.
Works with escrow until closed, providing guidance throughout the entire process until transferring ownership of purchased property.
